Membership Options

There are a number of ways to enjoy the benefits of an APIA membership:

Presently there are three types of full subscription (individual, double, and corporate) and one type of trial subscription available.   

One-Month Trial Membership

Entitles one named individual on the account receiving: 

  • A digital event access card for up to 5 events during the month;
  • Complimentary copy of the current issue of the New Zealand Property Investor Magazine;
  • Regular APIA e-newsletters;
  • Access to the full range of features on the APIA website including APIA TV; 
  • $95 discount on joining fee when upgrading to a regular membership for the remainder of the year (i.e. 11 months); 
  • Governmental lobbying on behalf of all landlords; and 
  • Tax deductible membership fee

Individual Membership

Entitles one named individual on the account;

On top of the trade discounts that are usually associated with any NZPIF membership, and numerous networking opportunities with fellow property investors or property professionals, the member will receive:

  • 0.25% off ANZ home loan interest rates and $1000 cash contribution towards legal costs;
  • Free entry to all monthly keynote meetings and local area/interest group meetings unless otherwise specified;
  • Two complimentary guest keynote meeting guest voucher codes;
  • One year free subscription to APIA TV;
  • Exclusive landlord access to Centrix Credit Reporting; 
  • One complimentary TINZ full subscription;
  • One complimentary VedaAdvantage full subscription;
  • Twelve monthly New Zealand Property Magazines;
  • Regular APIA e-newsletters;
  • Complimentary 100 word text listing on the APIA service directory;
  • Discounts on conferences and seminars held by APIA or the NZPIF;

Double Membership

Entitles two named individuals on the account;
