Have your say about these new tenancy forms

Tenancy Services is reaching out to APIA landlords for feedback on 4 Bond forms currently being re-designed. The exercise is to improve on the current forms by creating logical workflows that are easy to fill out but also collect the necessary information to progress each
bond matter. 

The four forms are:

• Bond lodgement
  
• Bond refund
  
• Bond transfer
  
• Change of landlord/agent
  

Your feedback is being sought. 

There are two ways to share your thoughts. You can either

• feedback directly to Tenancy Services by filling in this online survey before
  COB Wednesday 31 October; or 
• feedback through the APIA by writing us an email before COB Monday 29th October.

Your views will be taken into consideration before the new forms are finalised and released later this year.
