Deputy Property Manager

The Deputy is a retired Property Manager with 15 years experience, a member of REINZ, and licensed under the REAA, who is willing and able to step into your Property Management staff roles, and keep all those valuable Landlords and Tenants happy.  The Deputy has a sound knowledge of all aspects of Property management and will maintain absolute confidentiality at all times. He works hours/days to suit, and is willing to come to your Office prior to the Property Manager's leave beginning, and be briefed on systems and current work in progress, so he can be operational from Day One.

Charges are very reasonable - hourly rate plus mileage and disbursements - and are charged out on a contract basis.

This is a win/win service for both the Property Management company and the Property Manager as the service provides continuity of work and minimises complaints whilst the staff member is on leave.  He/she returns to work without a backlog and the holiday/leave has been beneficial.
