The rules around bringing tenancies to an end are about to change. Landlords should understand these rules and implement appropriate changes to their business practice accordingly.
This Landlord Clinic is in service of helping APIA members learn the intricacies of the new termination and fixed-term rollover rules through a Q&A format. There will be a brief recap (not in-depth presentation) of the changes before the speaker takes advanced and live questions.
