RENTAL INSPECTIONS SHOULD BE MORE THAN PREFUNCTORY WALK-THROUGHS
The increasing standards that are being placed on rental properties have placed a demand on landlords to take property inspections more seriously than ever before. Whether you are performing an entry/exit or in-tenancy inspection, you cannot afford to ignore new rules especially those around Healthy Homes, illegal premises, tenant damages etc.
This Barfoot & Thompson hosted Property Inspection Show-&-Tell is designed to show you how to inspect a rental property, identify issues early, pre-empt potential disputes and keep further damages at a minimum. The session will also address the additional challenges and implications new tenancy laws have on property inspection.
