Kesh Maharaj is a property investor with a specialist interest in the Auckland market. His academic and professional background as a chartered accountant had seen him through executive roles at various Australia and New Zealand Blue Chip Companies until 2005 when he transitioned into full-time investing. Guided by corporate discipline, business acumen and a keen sense for growth, Kesh has since amassed a sizeable rental portfolio which he oversees the operation of to this day. Kesh is a sought-after speaker at various property events and expert commentators for both the NZ Property Investor Magazine as well as the New Zealand Herald.
