Kerry Beveridge is the current President of the South Canterbury Property Investors' Association. Kerry started investing in 2007 and has since amassed five family homes, 2 blocks of flats, and a boarding house with 16 tenancies. This is all on top of a successful conversion of a hostel to a boarding house. His passion for property, business acumen, and reputation for being a well-respected landlord led him to be named the 2017 NZPIF Landlord Of The Year at the body's annual conference. Kerry is an engaging speaker and is looking forward to sharing his unique insights with members of the APIA at this event.
