There is an increasing government oversight over Health and Safety following the Health and Safety at Work Act.  In the two years since its passage, the HSWA has created a shift in paradigm with respect to what is safe and acceptable as well as the additional onus on business owners to ensure the safety of workers.  The rental renovation (and building) space is no different.  

At this joint presentation, rental renovation experts, Maintain To Profit, partners up with HSWA consultancy, Hazard Co, to give landlords a best practice guide on how to maintain sufficient HSWA measures at your next renovation project.  Speaking from the practical coalface of everyday renovation sites since 2015, MTP and HC will show you the HSWA obligations you are under and ways for you to discharge these duties satisfactorily.  Additionally, you will also pick up tips on how you can your contractors can work safer, smarter, be HSWA compliant without compromise on project budget and timeframe.

This presentation is suitable for the hands-on investors and those who intend on going through rental renovation projects, large or small, in the near future.
